Josh came out and washed the windows on our townhouse and did a great job. He cleaned out all the sills and tracks, as well as our screens and of course the windows. I am not sure when the last time the windows were cleaned, but they look great now! Inside the house he used drop cloths to protect our home, as well as wore shoe covers. The experience was great! He did a wonderful job on the windows and also lent me a ladder so I could finish some interior painting I need to do. He was on time, professionally dressed and upfront with how his service works as well as setting the appropriate time and service expectations. I am recommending him to our HOA to do all the building in our complex.
